2. Eligibility

3. Booking Amount

• For Shree Shyam Awas City, the booking amount is ₹ 11,000.00.
• The booking amount is 100% refundable if booking / allotment is not done, as per the refund policy.
• Booking confirmation does not guarantee allotment until the computerized draw / allotment process is completed.

4. Allotment Process

• Plot allotment is subject to eligibility, document verification, project availability, and scheme terms.
• Where applicable, allotment is carried out through a transparent computerized draw.
• Subsidy benefits (including up to 25% for draw qualifiers) apply only to successful / eligible applicants as per project terms.
• Applicants can check allotment updates through the public application/result lookup portal.

5. Pricing, Inventory & Timelines

Prices, inventory, plot availability, layout details, and timelines may change without prior notice due to regulatory, technical, or project requirements. Published information is for guidance and should be verified before final decisions.

6. Loan Facility

Home loan assistance may be facilitated through leading banks and housing finance companies. Loan sanction depends on applicant eligibility, lender policies, and project compliance. Rajasthan Awas Yojna does not guarantee loan approval.

7. Website Use
