1. Booking Amount

For Shree Shyam Awas City, the booking / registration amount is ₹ 11,000.00. This amount is collected to register interest / participate in the allotment process as per project terms.

2. 100% Refundable Cases

• If booking / allotment is not done, the booking amount is 100% refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method / bank account details provided by the applicant, subject to verification.
• Applicants may be asked to submit refund request details and identity verification for processing.

3. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are generally initiated after verification and allotment-process closure for the relevant cycle. Actual credit time depends on bank / payment gateway processing timelines.

4. Cancellation by Applicant

If an applicant voluntarily cancels after successful allotment confirmation, refund eligibility (if any) will follow the specific allotment / agreement terms communicated at that stage. Voluntary cancellation before allotment may still be processed as a refund request after verification.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• False / incomplete documents leading to rejection after allotment confirmation stages (as per project rules)
• Duplicate applications where policy treats surplus applications as invalid
• Any charges expressly marked non-refundable in future project-specific agreements
