This page explains the computerized draw, subsidy benefit, reservation categories and booking amount for applicants.
Qualify the computerized draw and become eligible for up to 25% Subsidy on the prevailing market price. Subsidy eligibility applies only for successful applicants selected through the draw and remains subject to scheme terms and conditions.
Plot and shop pricing are different. Plots: ₹9,000 / sq. yard with 25% subsidy. Shops: ₹2,000 / sq. ft. with 30% subsidy.

Plot rate ₹9,000 per sq. yard with 25% subsidy for computerized-draw qualifiers. Plot subsidy is separate from shop subsidy.
